These Terms govern your access to Socialplayclub, a social entertainment platform that uses virtual currency only. By loading the lobby, completing registration, or participating in any activity, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and that you will follow these rules.

Eligibility & Accounts

Provide accurate profile information and keep your credentials confidential.
One account per person. Shared, automated, or resale accounts are prohibited.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, abuse exploits, or harass other players.

Virtual Currency & No Real Money Play

Socialplayclub credits, boosts, cosmetics, and any rewards have zero cash value. They cannot be redeemed, transferred outside the platform, or exchanged for fiat or crypto. We do not provide wagering, deposits, or withdrawals.

Fair Play & Community Standards

No cheating, botting, reverse engineering, or exploiting glitches.
No hate speech, impersonation, doxxing, or solicitation of real-money gambling.
Report bugs privately via support@socialplayclub.games so we can keep the experience stable.

User Content

By sharing screenshots, custom maps, or chat messages, you grant Socialplayclub a non-exclusive license to host and showcase that content in connection with the platform. You remain responsible for ensuring the content is lawful and free of third-party rights violations.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, code, audio, trademarks, and design elements belong to Socialplayclub or our licensors. You may use them only as part of the service and may not copy, redistribute, or modify them outside what the interface expressly allows.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend features or terminate access (with or without notice) if we detect violations, security risks, or prolonged inactivity. You can close your account at any time via support, but virtual items are not refundable.

Disclaimer & Liability

Socialplayclub is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material updates will be posted in the lobby newsfeed or emailed to verified addresses. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
